Rules: We want to provide all of our clients with a quality website that they can be proud to share.  In order to satisfy you, we ask that you help us by responding to our requests in a timely manner and by providing the necessary information as requested. Special Affairs reserves the right to refuse to design any website Client must sign a release and proof of ownership form prior to designing the site We must have a signed contract before site design begins A non-refundable 50% deposit is required before site design begins.  The balance is due before we will post the site Upon receipt of a signed contract, we will send a questionnaire for you to complete with the details of your wedding or Special Event There will be a $30.00 charge for any returned check  Allow 2 weeks after receipt of initial site information to preview the first draft We accept original photographs via regular mail or via e-mail in gif or jpg format we cannot accept FAXES Edits must be submitted via FAX or E-mail, and typed – no phone or handwritten revisions Allow 2 weeks for revisions or additions to the site Photographs become the property of Special Affairs Each photograph should have both names of the couple and the Wedding or event date on the back Your password should be shared with discretion, in order to maintain the privacy of your site We permit 2 reviews of the website’s initial drafts and require client feedback within 24 hours Personal mailboxes are shared with Special Affairs as a means of exchanging and retrieving information relevant to the website The Complimentary Egroup with Chat Room and Message Board is a Yahoo product.  Special Affairs merely establishes the account and serves as a co-moderator.  The client must insure that all guests and members adhere to the rules and policies set forth by Yahoo.
