WEDDING CONSULTATION AND COORDINATION FEES

Every Wedding is as different as the Bride and Groom who are marrying.  Because you are unlike any other couple, your needs will vary.  Our Coordinating fees are based on and determined by many variables.  We recommend an Initial Consultation to discuss your particular needs.

 

CONSULTING SERVICES - you determine what help you need and when 

·         CONSULTING ONLY SERVICES
       Hourly Rate - $75.00 (3 hours minimum, first meeting)

      Additional Consulting is available, as you require, at an hourly rate
 

·         REMOTE CONSULTING SERVICES
      Unique, pre-paid e-Consulting for Distance Brides
      $120.00

COORDINATION SERVICES - we will handle all or part of the details

·         DAY OF COORDINATING

Fee - $1,100* and up (based on needs)
* 150 count or less Guests and 8 or less Adult Attendants

 

·          PARTIAL COORDINATING
Fee - $2,200* and up (based on needs)
*  150 count or less Guests and 8 or less Adult Attendants

 

·         FULL COORDINATING

All Inclusive - whatever your needs are, we’ll provide them

Fee - $3,700* and up (based on needs)
*  150 count or less Guests and 8 or less Adult Attendants

DESTINATION WEDDINGS SERVICES - across the country or across the ocean.

·         Coordination Only – we will customize a Destination package for you and your guests

Fee - $3,000* and up (based on needs)
*  50 count or less Guests and 6 or less Adult Attendants
 

·         Day Of Coordination Services - we will travel to your destination and Direct the Rehearsal and ‘Day Of’ activities
Includes Destination Coordination Only services

Fee - $1,500+* plus Air, Hotel and Local Transportation for 2 days for up to 2 Coordinators

For a Wedding with:
Guests:
151 to 200 Guests, add $200.00 for 1 Additional Consultant
201+ Guests, add $200.00 per each additional 75 guests or fraction thereof
 

Wedding Party:
9+ Adult Attendants; add $200.00 for 1 Additional Consultant per every 6 Additional Attendants or fraction thereof
